Amy Finkelstein, Founder
Hello, Soldiers! My name is Amy (she/her). I founded Soldiers of Creation (SOC) after experiencing sexual assault myself and needing a safe haven for healing.
As the Founder and CEO at SOC I work closely alongside my team members on all internal and external projects. My primary focuses include content creation, marketing, sponsorship opportunities and procuring new collaboration.
I am passionate about generating awareness around social causes and making room for open dialogue. I also love interacting with folks and creating spaces where others can rally together around a common cause, which is why I went back to school Event Marketing. When I am not working on SOC I love listening to Jazz, trying new foods with friends and loving on my long haired Dachshunds.

Cynthia Yeh, Event Operations Manager
Hello everyone, Cynthia here (she/her) - the brain and beauty (not brawn) behind all logistics needed to make our events possible! As the Event Operations Manager, I work with different industry professionals to create workshops and events for the SOC community as a way for individuals to test out a variety of therapeutic services in a safe and intimate environment. I am also heavily involved in the marketing side of the organization, as well as developing creatives for our socials.
I am an accredited Music Therapist (MTA) with 20+ years of musical experience, and also have a background in Event Marketing. In my spare time, I enjoy sharing my love of music and wellness on my blog ebbony&lune, playing music (piano and guitar), learning new skills and fan-girling over my favourite K-pop groups.

Liv Steatham, Community Outreach Manager
Hey! I'm Liv (she/her) and I am the Community Outreach Manager at SoC. I look after finding resources for our community that may help with healing. To give you a bit of an idea these are some of the options we have on our directory: trauma-informed therapists, creative therapies (art/drama/music), exercise, yoga, food and nutrition resources, doulas, sex therapist, energy healing and other centres/ sibling organizations that offer services. I get to chat with some amazing leaders in this field and I am so excited to introduce them to everyone through our Instagram lives!
Outside of SoC, I have a background in content production and marketing and so I love to put these skills to use to help all the survivors we support. When I am not working I can usually be found talking to my many plants.
