The Seemingly Perpetual War: Violence and Racism

More than two years later, the fight continues. Back in February of 2020, the world faced another unjust death of another black man. Ahmaud Arbery. Another victim of the perpetual war fueled by racial violence. Shortly after, George Floyd. Since then, we've witnessed BLM grow but also have witnessed the (unfortunately necessary) cause to establish other organizations to stop racial discrimination and violence against other marginalized groups such as Stop AAPI Hate. In honour of International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, we are sharing a piece that was written after the tragic deaths aforementioned.
